Mr. Gaughan is the Founder and CEO of DevSelect. He has more than 20 years of experience in the IT Consulting and Staffing industry and over-sees operations at DevSelect. He is an expert in all aspects of Talent Acquisition and Human Capital growth. Prior to founding DevSelect in 1999 Mr. Gaughan was Vice President, Consulting Services for Interactive Objects Inc., a publicly traded Product and Services company located in Redmond, WA. At IO he built a multi-million-dollar consulting division that serviced such accounts as Microsoft, Safeco Insurance and Eddie Bauer. Before that he was a Sr. Account Manager for Computemp, a global IT Staffing firm headquartered in Boca Raton, FL. He is a board member of TPG Financial Services. Mr. Gaughan studied Business Management at the University of New Haven.
Mr. Gaughan is the CFO of DevSelect. He has more than 25 years of experience ranging from start-ups to the largest U.S. Government Defense Contractors in the world. He spent more than 2 decades as an FTE at Pratt & Whitney / United Technologies. He is the founder and Chairman of TPG Financial Services, a successful financial services firm located in Hartford, CT. He is an expert in Earned-Value Management (EVM) and the Chairman of the wInsight Integrated Group (WIG), a national organization with more than 150 participating firms, most of which are U.S. Government and Military contractors. Mr. Gaughan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Connecticut and an MBA from the University of Hartford.
Mr. Guiberson is an Industry Leader with more than 20 years of experience. He is a seasoned Technologist and Product Architect with proven success leading organizations to continued growth and sustained profitability. He has worked as an FTE and Consultant to firms such as Microsoft, AT&T, eBay and Intel. His believes in an emphasis on holistic product design through the entirety of the product life-cycle -- from competitive analysis and qualitative research through product delivery. He is dedicated to learning, teaching, and challenging the status quo -- creating product excellence and innovation and solving real problems by providing not just something new, but something better. Mr. Guiberson holds a bachelor's degree from the Univeristy of Washington where he studied Computer Science, Human Centered Design & Engineering (HCDE), with complement studies in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuorscience.
Mr. Noblett is an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Cyber Security professional currently performing interim, virtual and on-demand CISO engagements for clients globally. He is a results- driven cyber security leader with deep experience in information security systems, governance risk and compliance, and application security. He has deep experience in Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy, High Technology Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense and Software industries. Mr. Noblett has held positions and provided professional Service to some of the most prestigious firms in the world including Microsoft, ADP and Optiv. Mr. Noblett holds an MS in Information Technology from Regus University, an MBA from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Noblett holds the following certifications: CISSP, CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, CCSK, CCSP.
Mr. Wood is an Information Technology Recruiter with a solid understanding of process and professionalism. An entrepreneur with 14 years of experience as an owner and manager in multiple industries. Prior to DevSelect he was involved in management consulting to companies in government and private sectors including Security and Technical Staffing / Consulting. Early in his career while at HWA, Inc. he managed the acquisition, contract negotiation and delivery of Local, State and Federal Government contracts. Mr. Wood studied Business Management at the United States Military Academy at West Point and Howard University.
